We collect as little information as practical, use it only for the purpose explained here, and do not use private customer information as content.

Analytics
We may use limited analytics to understand which guides and resources are helpful. Analytics do not receive names, email addresses, form entries, customer identifiers, article text, or full outbound URLs.
If analytics are enabled, they record general actions such as opening a journey stage, guide, or external resource. You can block analytics with your browser or privacy tools.
Email updates
If you subscribe, your email address is sent to our email provider so it can manage your subscription and send OperatedBy.AI updates. It is not used to personalize public content.
You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. Please subscribe only with an address you are authorized to use.
Product examples
Shepherds Inbox may be discussed as an example of building and operating a focused product with AI assistance. These examples do not identify customers or disclose private customer data. Illustrative examples are labeled so they are not mistaken for customer results.

Corrections
To report an inaccurate claim, broken source, privacy concern, or outdated instruction, email hello@operatedby.ai with the page URL and a short explanation.
We will review the issue and correct or clarify the page when needed. You do not need to share personal or customer information to report a problem.
